i dont know why, but i have this thing where i just cant stand the thought of being with a girl who's older than me. a few months is fine, but closer to a year is a no no. I usually feel most comfortable when i'm older by a few months. what about you guys? o.oJester070

Ahh TC, you havent yet felt the joy of an older woman. I mean I aint gonna marry a woman 10 year older than me, But I've gone out with a woman 10 years older than me (I was 20 she was 30). Its good times as long as you both know you are just messing around :D

Depends on how old you are. When you're a teenager it can be a big deal, as you mature and grow both physically and mentally quite significantly in a very short period of time. Most teenagers will be quite different when they're 17 to when they were when they were 15, in terms of their appearance, personality and general behaviour.

As you get older it's less of an issue though. My girlfriend is just over a year older than me, though you'd never be able to tell. :)

Nah, but my dad is 8 years older than my mom. They met in their 20s.

After dating several girls that I'm more than a year older than, I'm quite tempted to date an older female.  However, I would find it quite odd.

I fall into the same category. I mean, I've been with younger girls but never been with a younger girl steadily.

I don't have to be older, although I am.

My girlfriend is older than me by one month exactly.

It doesn't bother me in the slightest, i think i'd be kinda weird if it did :P

at this point, younger or older is not that big of a deal...its all about the maturity level now. if all the girl can talk about is how much they hate their teacher and what their girlfriend told them the other day during math class then thanks...but no thankschicknfeet
