I've always wanted to try lobster.

I'm very picky with the food I eat, but I'll try something new if I know someone spent a lot of time preparing it and is offering it to me (I don't want to be rude). I will also sometimes randomly try out new foods just on impulse, but that occurs very seldomly.

I'll eat any food item as long as there isn't red meat involved.

even if steak is involved? :P

they say that steak is not bad when red meat shows

A food I want to try is alligator jerky. I love beef jerky, and my friends tell me alligator jerky is good, so I'm eager to get some whenever I can find a place that sells it. I'm not the kind of person that would eat just anything though, I'm usually pretty picky when it comes to food.JesusFreak1990

Shrimp for some reason, I'm always scared to try it.

I've got a long list of animals I'd like to eat. The most exotic I've ever eaten is crocodile.

I want to try fresh sushi.

I've had packaged sushi, but I want to go to an actual restaurant.

I want to eat a rat. See what it taste like. A few bugs here and there as well maybe. Back when I was a kid I was eating whatever cockroaches were infesting my house so naturally i feel compelled to expand my bug eating options.

I did alot of traveling when I was under education (was kind of a requirement) without ever touching tourist areas, so I have tasted and eaten things I would never thought possible. (list of countries outside EU Ive been to: Ukraine, Russia, Thailand and China) to see thier way of public morality and thier childrens upbringing.

more often then not I am surprised at how good some things taste, when they sound/look pretty bad. Fryied scorpion, snake, rat, cat are amongst the things I was pleasently surprised over.

also more normal things like Kangaroo, and austrige, boar are amongst my preferred meats, when outside cow chicken and Lamb (aint too keen on Pork, althosometimes it tastes really good).

Basicly Id have no problems eating what is common whereever I go... guess its the training I got in the army back in the day ^^ (besides the Danish field Rations were better when not knowing what was in there)

I do want to travel again, when I am well enough, I know I want to take a trip to Japan, I really love Japanese food (sushi included, but not limited to at all)

Oh and Wasabi can be bought just about anyhere to whoever asked about it, its quite good mixed into a not too salty soya sause, and used on springrolls :D if you like spicy food.
