up til basically today i never thought much of them but now i'm thinking that i should maybe get my head checked out and see if i have some bigger medical issue

I do but rarely. Usually they are weather related.

When I was in my young to mid teen I was plagued with severe headaches. I even had an MRI done on my head, which didn't turn up anything bad. I don't get them like that anymore, thankfully.

Yeah but ever since I started working oout they've pretty much gone away. Might be high blood pressure or eating badly, idunno.

More likely stress related if working out helps prevent them.

How long do you have these headaches? When througout the day do these headaches start and for how long do they last? And also, where does the pain originate from, the front, the sides or the back? Headache isn't always migraine, it might originate from having bad eye sight that is uncorrected for with glasses among a lot of things. Does the pain subside if you take aspirines?

My headaches are random, but when they show up, its pretty fvcking painful. I used to get them frequently when I was younger. Thought I may have an aneurysm in my head....

I get headaches probably 3 times every 2 weeks now....

Depends. Sometimes I won't get a headache for at least a whole month, and other times I'll have one every second day over a couple of weeks. Though I find I'm more likely to get a headache in the warmer seasons, paticularly summer. Goddamn heat...

Maybe once a month or so? Don't really keep a record, but I guess it could be called my "menstration cycle." I know I definitely do if I'm in the same room as my friend's 13 year old brother while he's playing the guitar (because he's slowly becoming deaf from playing instruments so loudly, so the only thing he can do is play louder, but for some reason doesn't like using headphones).

Yeah, I've been getting them pretty often as of late, too.

Genearlly because I haven't been eating enough in the morning or because I'm out in the sun too long (without sunglasses).

Does not eating enough in the morning cause this? Because it would explain my case, since i rarely eat breakfast (stomach usually always hurts after eating anything, unless I'm really craving for something) or w/e. I tend to snack on stuff, but rarely ever a real meal.

No don't get headaches regularly. Doubt the ones I do get are the same as what some other people are getting because its never very noticeable and goes away quickly.

All the time usually from squinting all the time. I don't like wearing glasses and I'm lazy and don't wear my contacts as often as I should so I'm usually squinting almost all day.

You're most likely fine, but if you have insurance that covers it, a brain scan can't hurt anything.

Once in a while I do. Usually a caffeine pill and some Motrin or Tylenol fixes it.

Ive suffered with chronic headaches for about 16 yrs now, i usually woke with one and it stayed with me all day everyday to some extent making daily life very difficult sometimes.

I tried all of the usual painkillers out there but nothin made any difference unless i took about 8 at a time which in itslef is dangerous and not recommended but when u have to live with such pain everyday you'll try anythin to ease it even if its only for a couple hours.

One day though somebody mentioned somethin i'd never heard of that was meant to be good for headaches, it was a natural plant called Feverfew and you can buy the tablets online pretty much anywhere.

I was highly sceptical at the idea of this but thought it worth a try, what a revelation they turned out to be it was almost unreal the difference they made, for the first time in many years i had a clear head at work with no nagging pain draggin me down all the time.

Feverfew is more a preventative for headaches rather than a pain killer and you have to take it long term for atleast 6 months but the results have amazed me and everyone who knows me says i look brighter and happier and it really is all down to feverfew.

I do still get headaches but nowhere near the level of pain i once did and the frequency of them is less so im more than happy with the results and would whole heartedly recommend feverfew to anyone who is blighted by headaches.

I get headaches every now and then, maybe 1 or 2 a month, but they don't bother me. Migraines on the other hand are the worst things ever, if you've never had 1 count yourself lucky. I've been getting them from when I was about 7, and up untill my mid-teens I got them often, but now I don't get them often anymore.

TC, if you're getting headaches that often you should get it checked out. It might be nothing but it's better to be safe than sorry.

It can be the cause, yeah. Headaches can be a sign of hunger or thirst.

It's not always the case, but if you're really hungry, then it might be it.

Rarely, but I'll just consume something sugary and that gets rid of it pretty wuickley. I'll only have a bad headache every few months at most. Or if suddenly play games for entire day without eating.
