@indzman: Many types, Indian styles and those from other countries. The best I've had was probably a Thai tripe curry from a little Loatian place near me. I also make a damn fine saag that gets nothing but compliments.

nice :)

Indian food is godly. Yes I too love the butter chicken dish. Coconut curry is also good. A Chinese bakery I use to pass on the way to work made good BBQ pork buns but they also had a killer curry beef bun that was so good; I've since moved and doubt I'll find anything as good the rest of my life. Cheesecake Factory has a good dish, Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp, it says the sauce is peanut, curry, with toasted coconut, love it.

Funny you should mention butter chicken though, tried making it just the other night with a pack I bought at the grocery store, supposed to add water and butter and just follow directions... but it made a paste instead of a sauce. Oh well, next time I'll try making it from scratch.

I love a good Indian curry! I also love the Japanese interpretation of an Indian curry.

Pretty much everything I eat is a curry type dish. Favorite one is beef curry that me mom cooks. :)

I've only eaten curry one time at an Indian restaurant and I thought it was amazing. I had the fish Malai curry. It was delicious, especially with the side of garlic flatbread. The Malai curry was made up of a cashew sauce with onions and other seasonings.

All varieties. Thai curry is good too.

Don't have a favourite because I know I haven't tried them all.

Yeah, I love curry. That's my go to food when I'm at a restaurant. I don't care if it's super spicy, or incredibly mild, there all nice for different reasons, and I could honestly just live on the stuff. I'm also blessed to have an outstanding Indian takeaway just a few minutes from my house, so when ever I have the taste for one I know I'll never go wanting.

As for my favorite, honestly anything with lamb is great. Tried one a few weeks ago called the "Welsh Dragon" and It was incredible, and unbelievably spicy, it took a few days for my tongue to recover properly from that one.
