Cheating can mean something little or it can be a big offense. Did you copy someone's worksheet? Download someone else's essay off the internet and turn it in as your own? Write formulas on your hand?
Did you ever cheat on your schoolwork in any way at all?
I remember that when I was a freshman in high school I was taking a history exam. I wasn't sure of an answer. There, on the seat next to me, I had accidentally left my study guide exposed. I glanced at it... and the funny thing was, I had the correct answer after all. I felt terrible. It's the only time I've ever cheated. I never even let my best friends copy my homework. I'd help them, but never let them outright copy. My sophomore year there was a new class, German. Some kids had stolen the entire answer key to an exam and offered it to me at lunch. I paid them back by turning them in. They never knew it was me that did it, and I felt really good about myself. Maybe I'm the exception... has almost everyone cheated?
