Poll Coffee or tea? (34 votes)

Coffee 68%
Tea 32%

I love both, but gotta give the edge to coffee. Tea doesn’t quite hit the spot for me. How about you, OT?

Never drink coffee, never will. The only use for coffe is dipping these biscuits and putting them on bread:

I drink 4 cups of tea a day. Usually green tea, or mixing it up with infused green tea-lemon.

Coffee. I drink over 10 cups daily, sometimes closer to 20. I do prefer instant coffee more then any other type.

Instant coffee is slept on!

OT: Coffee easily, for me. It's great on it's own or after a meal.

I'm a coffee drinker, but tea is nice too. Coffee usually gets the job done better, and tea is there for when I need to take the caffeine a bit easier.

My god, that sounds like a deadly amount and my heart started palpitating just thinking of that.

I drink both on most days.... Usually 2 cups of coffee in the early morning and a pot of tea in the afternoon.

Lately is has been more coffee, so I will vote for that.

Really love a good pot of white tea tho....

1. You buy speculoos biscuits (or speculaas depending on which country you are in)

2. You pour yourself a nice cup of coffee

3. You dip the biscuit into the coffee until it becomes moist

4. Put it on the bread

5. Best topping to ever put on sliced bread

That is kinda strange. Soggy biscuit on bread :S

Then again, a soggy biscuit is visually questionable but tastes great.

@omegamaster: it's an age old tradition. Then someone invented speculoos paste which is basically the same thing.

However doing it like I explained it tastes so good and still better than the paste spread from a jar imho.

They even got speculoos with chocolate on one side. So basically you can get hot chocolate speculoos spread on bread. Super yummy in winter.

Is it healthy? Hell no

Does it taste good? Yummy 😋

Coffee though I stopped drinking it as I would drink like three cups a day. Tea I am not really a big fan unless it's a certain brand.

Coffee.

Recently got myself an Aeropress, what a game changer. Strong, low-acid, tasty coffee in about 3 minutes (or as fast as you can boil water plus 30 seconds).

Get's rid of the stomach-rumbling parts of coffee.

I do like tea, but coffee just does more for me.

Like both, but coffee (black) for sure.

Became my lifeblood in college, just part of the daily ritual now. Also gave up stimulant based pre-workouts a while back, which are like 5 large cups of coffee all at once + a bunch of other shit. Just have a cup of coffee with my pre-workout meal if I need it.

Egyptian family, so tea with mint never stops flowing when I'm hanging with them. Will scoop an iced Moroccan mint green tea when I'm out and about in the summer. And of course there are good late night teas, chamomile, peppermint, etc.

But if I had to choose one then it's coffee easily.

'll mix it with honey, put it on crushed ice, and add some lime. Super nice in the summer.

I like both and probably drink a bit more tea when I'm home. Our office doesn't trust grown-ups with electric kettles, though, since they produce the kind of !BOILING! water needed to brew tea, so lately it's been mostly coffee.

Yup, it's the same.

Basically speculoos/Speculaas is a desert based on cinnamon that goes really great with coffee.

Basically if you grab a coffee here in Belgium; chances are you'll get either a speculoos or something called 'egg liquor'

Used to do both, but stopped drinking coffee a few months back, now it's all tea. Earl Grey, black. Or any black tea really, orange pekoe or english breakfast etc. Don't really need milk or cream but I'll occasionally add it, just really depends. But then there's tea lattes, holy shit they damn yummy. The only exception to my non sugar tea drinking habits. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

essentially: tea bag + frothed/steamed milk + vanilla/cane sugar.

People dip the strangest things in coffee, trust me when I say that loads of people dip speculoos in their coffee and use it on their bread as spread.

If you are a sweet tooth, you'll like the taste.

Yeah man, pre-workout sups can be some nasty stuff. And most people double scoop lol. For the first 15 minutes or so, skin will itch and "tingle" before it settles.

Used to be all about it, get some great lifts. But yeah, these days just a cup of coffee with a high carb meal will do.

I'm from the South so when the weather's warm a glass of iced tea is nice. If it's chilly then a hot cup of coffee is good. I honestly don't drink either on a regular basis. No particular reason I just usually drink water.

I drink a double espresso and 3-4 cups of tea daily.
