Why do you keep reasserting yourself? Well, whatever the reason, if you want to call yourself tall, then go ahead and do so. Keep in mind though it is only a word, and it has no true bearing on who you are as a person.
Its actually quite fun to see the differences between regions/cultures. Take me for example, im 5'90 and here in the Netherlands, for my generation , thats considered to be on the small side. Not like very short but on a scale from 1/10 (where 10 is long and 1 is short) id probably score somewhere 4/5ish.

So you're roughly 178 cm tall ... I consider myself average as I am ~187 cm tall (6 foot 2 if my conversion is right). I'd say you're either average or shorter than average
