Yes. I used to only do weights and stuff (push ups, crunches), then I added cardio and got the full package.

I was extremely fit in high school, but sort of let myself go a bit. I'am 24 now but i don't smoke or drink (haven't touched alcohol since i was eighteen) and i never will.

when I workout at home ..do my stomach crunches, push ups, pulls ups etcI have a lot of protien and less of carbs, when I go swimming or running.. I usually have more carbs like banana's and date fruit.

Our body has more protien than carbs any ways ..so we need carbs to give us energy.

As running takes up a lot of sweat and out body's sugar level goes down and we lack some energy ..hence carbs are required after swimming or running.

Just out of curiosity, this being a gaming site and all, is there a reason why you have a pornstar in your sig. You'd have to be the only one on here with one.

I'm pretty fit. I was considered "average" when I first started working out. I'm pretty confident I'm more fit after working out for awhile now. I'm naturally athletic, so maybe that helps a bit in the end.

Most people aren't going to admit they aren't fit, even if they are so it's an unrealstic poll not to mention what a person considers fit can be pretty subjective.

Meh somewhat fit not fat or anything. Moving desks, chairs, and stocking makes me tired, so I never really feel like working out on my off days or after work.

Lol, it's not all at one time. But I do distance events in track so we do a 1 mile warm up, 5 mile run, and 2 mile cool down on most days.

Pretty fit, but mostly due to nutrition. However, I do run straight-out about 5 miles (going up and down the little mountain I live on) on Saturdays and Sundays (like today) and perhaps on a not-so-busy day Monday through Friday. Add in the general workout Tuesdays and Thursdays and you get the idea. Also, never been in a gym.

I walk about 5 miles a day and lift weights every so often, so I would say I'm somewhat fit.

I am really underweight though, I weigh like 110 or 105 pounds.

Can't really say so, though I don't know where that standard lies. I do some aerobic exercise a few times a week, and I have relatively healthy eating habits (e.g., I avoid fast food but could probably do with a bit more fruit). I drink somewhat more than I should, but I don't smoke. That's about it.
