There is this girl that works with me who loves me... unfortunately she is ugly. I slept with her almost a year ago because I was desperate for sex, but now things are weird between us. I don't want to be with her and I told her that, but she keeps insisting. How should I deal with this?

This is your problem right there. Thinking with your pecker instead of the head on your shoulders will lead to such problems due to women being more emotional about sex than most guys are. It's a hell of a problem you got so now you need to find a real girlfriend so she can see that you are taken already.

What a classy classy guy you are... Just tell her you were only interested in sex and if she says yes throw her one as a favor for giving it up to you last year then tell her thats it... Or just be blunt and tell her she isn't attractive enough(The ideal option) being "nice" will hurt more in this situation...

if she still wants to be with you i doubt you told her the truth like you said. Fine... I am not going to go into all this why people should not sleep with unattractive people because this happens rant. You can try to tell her again without leaving nothing out nicely but if that doesn't work... You have to tell her bluntly.
