Idk, that smiley is used for both sarcasm and serious questions nowadays:| Anyway, it's when the bottom set of teeth go over the upper set when you bite. Imagine a normal, perfect set of teeth, now imagine them biting. Imagine the bottom set going over the upper, the opposite of what a normal set of teeth should be like.
