Sounds like you don't like school.
Sounds like he doesn't like being an adult. He complains about going to school, he drives 20 mph over the speed limit and then complains when he gets a ticket, then he wastes the court's time trying to get the fine reduced, and blames it on the judge being a woman when they tell him he's got to pay the total amount. He wakes up early just to play his videogames, and then wants to spend all day sleeping once school starts.
It sounds like he needs to grow up. Really. Maybe instead of going to college, he should join the military. Perhaps they can put some discipline in him. Or not. But regardless, it sounds like he needs to take some responsibility for his life and not act like everyone is supposed to hand the world to him on a silver platter.
Hate school that much? Then don't go. It's college, he doesn't have to go. If he hates school that much, he can work on finding a line of work that doesn't require a college education. Of course, he probably won't want to do that either, since working sucks at least as much as going to school. But hopefully eventually he'll realize that he's not gonna be able to get by acting like a child for the rest of his life, without dire consequences. And hopefully he realizes this before it's too late.
