Panasonic has announced a new camera phone, the Lumix CM1. The device has a 1-inch sensor with a 20.1 MP resolution, an f/2.8 Leica DC ELMARIT lens, mechanical shutter, manual control ring, and support for 4K video recording. Panasonic will be launching the Lumix CM1 this November for 900€. It will launch in France and Germany first, and if the device is successful, Panasonic will release it in other markets.
