Just got an Xperia Z3. Need help to get PS games for it

I thought it was as simple as using the PSN app that came on the phone, but apparently not. I'm not finding a mobile section for PS games on the phone in the store. I found a section that told me I had to download PlayStationRMobile, but that button doesn't work, and I can't find that particular app in the Google Play Store.

Sorry not a clue how to do this and I'm on a Experia Z1. Question for you though. Does the phone still come with an absurd amount of spy and bloatware?
