Ps4 controller stuck on phone

I have a Samsung galaxy note 3 and I wanted to pair a ps4 controller to it, but when I do, the right stick is stuck in a position moving up and to the right. How do I fix this without rooting my phone?

Also am using bluetooth, but I fixed the lag issue. It's just the stick issue.
