Microsoft brings Windows 10 with x86 Win32 emulation to Snapdragon ARM processors

Through a collaboration between Microsoft and Qualcomm, Microsoft has just shown off Windows 10 running on a Snapdragon processor with the ability to run Universal Windows Platform (UWP) software or emulate x86 Win32 applications.

It's very impressive! It runs Photoshop well, but I was unclear if it was just Photoshop elements or the full professional version? Either way, I am hoping for that Surface Phone to make Windows 10 Mobile a huge comeback.
