More obtrusive technology. Just what the future society needs.

Lets be honest, it's not going to work like that. And Google+ support is a great way to make something worthless. If it uses voice commands, how do I use it on the subway, bus or outside? What makes it not pick up crap from all over the place? Do I need to connect it to a fannypack for batteries?

Since it's also a phone, do I no longer need a smartphone? If so, it better play angry birds, which it wont.

I'm guessing it'll connect to an andriod phone over BT, without having actually read up on it.

If I wear glasses for my actual eyesight will I be able to use this?

It's an extremely niche product and if this is Googles 2012 thing they are aiming for failiure. I would love to be proven wrong though.

I bet this will be popular with the guys who use Bluetooth headsets in public. I'm not interested in any of this AR stuff until they have OLED contact lenses.

I don't see this coming down the pipeline very soon. I just feel something like this is more a fantasy still and not the future. I would love to be wrong, but like Cooke mentioned, those things he said are some concerns I get too. I get we'll be evolving, we have to continue pushing, and someday we'll reach the Jetson/Minority Report/etc futures, but that is still some day too far off for us I think.

The concept sure is awesome.

This really could change the way we interact with computers.

Dear God. You might as well just shove microchips in our brains and shoot us full of nanobots. I hope we're never as dependent on machines as that video shows.

I for one am excited to see all the new and fantastical glitches Google manages to encorporate into this product.

Won't be any good until it is just a contact lense that's powered by you.
