Funny, I just played some SOTC this morning, determined to beat Colossus no. 7, and I did. Then I stopped at no. 8 'cause he was too damn huge.
Sometimes I feel just locked up, paralyzed, at how many games there are to play. :P I thought of getting a bit further in Mirror's Edge, I figure I won't be frustrated if I set it to easy from where I am, but when there are alternatives lying around like KZ2 MP, that's kinda hard to motivate me.
On the plus side, I started Valkyria Chronicles, which I've had since January but didn't play until today. But I had to stop playing it, just when all the deeper aspects became available to me. :x
Other than that, games I've started but not finished are:
Halo Wars (second level)
Assassin's Creed (if you've played the first half, then you've played the last half!)
STALKER (looks, runs, and loads up like **** on my laptop)
Fallout 3 (main quest done, the other quests are what count!)
COD: WAW (rented it for the weekend, campaign got boring for me, even on Vet)
Condemned 2 (last summer, story and gameplay just got boring)
Heavenly Sword (stopped at the last boss, frustrating, not enough incentive to keep trying)
Little Big Planet (what I think to be the second-to-last stage is too much of an uphill climb of instant death pitfalls with too few checkpoints)
PS: I forgot Lost Odyssey. That cheap snake/worm boss with lots of teeth and a posse of energy-gathering bugs was a huge turn-off for me.
