Trucks/Tankers no longer spawning in Online Mode

ever since the last update, i cant find any trucks/fuel tankers or anything with a detatchable trailer.

has anyone else noticed? i like driving these things around, there used to be loads of them everywhere, i've spent a n hour or two searching with no luck, its feels like they have been removed

i found a truck and was looking for a useable trailer but couldnt find one, and there wasnt any spawning either, hope they havent been removed
