I need help with the mission: Blitz Play (preparation)

I hope this one goes to the right topic.

So, I stashed the getaway car and YES, I called Michael -> Conference about it.
Then, I stole the garbage truck and took it to the "FBI parking lot."
And then: NOTHING. No calls from anywhere and no notificatons, emails or messages.
I've called to every number I have, and done side missions
Also, I went to shooting range as Franklin and upgrade my shooting skill,
and I went as Michael to flight school and upgraded that skill too.
There is almost none mission left on the map. Franklin has one, but it doesn't show up at the map.
I've watched gameplay videos and they do everything same as me, but they have all the heist missions on the map. I don't have any options to buy masks or boiler suits for M, T and F. Or get the tow truck.

How can I trigger the next mission avaible for me or is this a glitch/bug?

Sounds a lot like a glitch in the game. I had no hesitation when I did all the aforementioned tasks. I don't know what to tell ya!! Wish I could help ya but that's a first, maybe restart the whole mission or something or load a previous save from an earlier part.

I'm having the EXACT same problem... Did you ever get it fixed or did you just start anew?

Has this been resolved? I've got to this point on ps4. Done the pre missions before the heist. I've loaded up the game again and started as Trevor. I can change character nor can I select a mission. There's no H on the map to do the job.
