Chiefs as floppers? Uh. How? Means they have to be hyped. They aren't.

Yeah, people that somehow think that Andy Reid is some type of competent human being at his job. (He's not, just a little secret. Pass it on, don't be afraid)

Not to mention Alex Smith is a top 5 QB.

Dark Horse: Jaguars. I really think they can sneakily win 3 games this year.

Floppers... I'll go with the Texans. They'll still win the division I think, but only at like 9-7. Colts will go back to a mediocre 7-9 or 8-8.

Dark horse: Dolphins. If they can start the season 3-2 or even 2-3 then the rest of the year sets up pretty nicely for them schedule-wise. 9 wins is possible and could get them a wild card in the AFC.

Flop: Colts. Last year they went 11-5 and had a -30 point differential. That shows me that they squeaked out a lot of wins and were beaten pretty handily in their losses. If you look at their roster there's not really much that intimidates you other than Andrew Luck and old man Reggie Wayne.

Dark horse: Bucs

Flop: Seahawks or 49ers or both.  I'd put the redskins here too but i dont think many people are hyping them up anymore

Same Dark Horse for me, but when it comes to my flop, I don't see how the Vikings are hyped up anyway. Flop: Bengals

Hyped in the sense that they had a great off season and people are starting to talk about them.

Dark Horse: Rams

Flop: Texans. I think Indy takes that division and Houston ends up missing the playoffs with something like an 8-8 or 9-7 record.

Dark Horse: Browns (they can't lose every year) :P

Flop: Seahawks and Bucs

EDIT: Speaking of the AFC North I'm not sold on the Bengals either.

Even though the Steelers are rebuilding, history has proven that they never have back to back bad years!

That's meaningless. How the hell is history going to improve how their crappy O-line is and how their aging stars on defense will do?

You are correct, but since nobody in this thread has a crystal ball I guess we'll have to wait and see.:)

As a Pats fan I would like to argue against your opinion, but I will refrain from doing so.

Believe me dude, it wasn't easy for me to put them on that list(I'm not a fan, but I do like the team)but the TC simply asked for our picks! So, if you started a debate then everbody else would start to debate other picks....which in turn would take this thread into another direction.

lol...your the devils advocate! Not everybody has to argue just because they dis-agree...things can be settled in a non-combative way. The problem is that FLOP is such a harsh word for a team that might fall a little short, that's why it was kinda hard for me to put that word in the same sentence with the Patriots. I believe they will make the play-offs, but I got this weird feeling that Miami is gonna stick it to the Pats at the worst possible moment.
