I'm considering purchasing Pocket Monsters Green off eBay but I was wondering if it would work on my American Gameboy Colour or Gameboy Advance 1st model.

Thanks! :D

Really? But I guess since you said specified "Nintendo" the same can't be said for the PSP huh? I'm actually kind of interested in a couple Japanese PSP games, but I don't wanna buy a whole new PSP.

Fragasnap

In Japan Pocket Monsters Red and Green were the first variations of the game. Pocket Monsters Green used different pictures for each Pokemon, but they were generally creepier, and it supposedly didn't do wonderfully in Japan, so marketing probably decided to use the cuter Pocket Monsters Blue sprites. The versions we ended up getting were both Pocket Monsters Blue changed around to make it into two different games.

Oh wow thats pretty neat.

Really? so were the pokemon that "creepier" style in Red as well?

Since Red and Green were the first pokemon games, and Blue was the remake. Then they later made a second remake, Yellow.
