Which gamecube classic should I replay?

It's been a while. My choices are Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, or the OoT rerelease on the gamecube.

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, Viewtiful Joe, Pikmin 2, Eternal Darkness and Starfox Adventures are fantastic as well.Litchie

Windwaker is probably my favorite game of all time, so I pick that. Of course, both other games are fantastic so you really can't go wrong.

Definitely Metroid Prime

It's definitely between Metroid or Wind Waker of the two. As good as a game as Wind Waker is (best Zelda game to date), the sailing does get a tendency to get old, so I guess that means Metroid it is!

Wind Waker. The game is incredible, though very time consuming. Outside of those games, I'm going to recommend Mario Sunshine. Because upon it's release I was somewhat disappointed, but last year I started playing it and it didn't get the praise it deserved. It's a very very good game and holds up extremely well. The theme, while different, is somewhat charming, as well.

Of those, Wind Waker.

But of all the classics on the Gamecube, I would replay Tales of Symphonia. Best game on the Gamecube.
