What's the most frustrating thing about your controller? What do you want changed?

I'm doing a school project on marketing third party controllers. Please mention what console you're talking about in your answer. Thanks!

I'll tell you right now I haven't ever bought a third party controller. I've played with them on Sega Genesis, N64, Gamecube, PS1, PS2, and Xbox and they all had the same problem. The buttons stuck and were very unresponsive.

The only complaint I have is an extreme, but after a long time gaming the standard controllers tend to slip. Thats why I bought a third party controller that had rubber grips on the side, minor thing but still a thing. :D

my problem with all controllers is, THE BUTTONS ALWAYS SHAKE AROUND WHEN IT RUMBLES!! GRRRR someone should fix this. but at least controllers that have been made later ussually dont have loose buttons.

I dislike games that setup controller buttons in unusual and just bad locations. Any game that makes you have to use your d-pad while using your left analog stick is utterly dumb. Especially when it's a fighting game and you need to have your right hand on the right analog and right trigger at the same time just in case an enemy pops out.

Kinda like the duck button in Unreal II: The Awakening.

So I guess the problem I have with the xbox controllers is the location of the D-pad. If they put it on the bottom of the remote in dead center or closer to the left side, I would fall in love with it.

Thanks for all your answers.

Do you think you or people you know would buy a high end controller that are higher quality but higher price ($60-70) if the product was a good value? For example, "pro level" product?

If you can build me an xbox controller with the d-pad on the bottom of it, and centered or to the left, I would pay $75 for it.
