I don't think I have any anymore, as I'm not as into games as I used to be, but there were games that I had to complete beyond 100%. Off the top of my head; before I even entered the last Koopa battle in Mario 64, I had to not only get all 120 stars, but also grab every single coin in every single level in order to assure myself that I had the maximum score possible. That led to some frustrating times. I also remember not advancing in that game until I had fully completed the given floor.
In Zelda games, I have a tendency to cut down every bush and blade of grass in the game. I know other people surely do this as well, but as fans of the series, we almost already know where objects will actually be uncovered. I also won't complete any Zelda game unless I've found every last treasure/heart in the game.
I used to play Goldeneye with the same intensity that I would with sports. When things weren't going right, times would get heated and when all was said and done, any two given opposing teams could go the rest of the day without talking to each other. Or we'd cool off for a bit and have back at the game. Such a great game.
If I was in the middle of a game, say Blast Corps, and I came into a room and a friend was further along than I was, I would not want to look at the screen. This is one of the few that I still do, i suppose. Spoilers are bad in any kind of game.
I tend to kill every enemy in Metal Gear games.
Like others have mentioned, when starting a new game I need to invest a bit of time in initially playing it. It helps me develop that connection with the games story and world. Most new game stories and worlds are terrible these days, so maybe not so much.
Donkey Kong Country will forever be the best looking game ever made.
