Sony -
1) The unveiling of David Cage's next project
2) The release of an LBP2 expansion pack which supports 3D (there is a creator who has figured out how to do it, but it would be nice if Sony made it so easy anyone could do it with) and 'cellshaded' graphics options (either in the form of textures or perhaps even some sort of overlay that imposes cell shading on everything onscreen).
3) The announcement that the Carnage Heart series (which is still going strong in Japan) is coming back to North America, even if its just over PSN (same as Siren).
4) The return of Colony Wars. Like the Matrix, the sequels were increasingly horrible, but the original (a space shooter in the mold of Wing Commander) was a masterpiece. Its the oldest PS game in my library.
5) A strong launch library and a price tag no higher than $300 for the PSP2.
6) Fewer shooters and more rpgs, survival horrors, fighting games, etc. Sony releases a wider variety of games than any other first party, but they still release too many shooters (I've got nothing against the genre, but releasing shooters every month just doesn't make sense, they are crowding each other).
Squenix - An original Matsuno (maker of Tactics Ogre, FF Tactics, Vagrant Story and FF12) jrpg for the PS3 and X360 (don't have an X360, but I've got no problem with multiplat games).
Sega -
1) Valkyria Chronicles returning to the PS3
2) The latest VF5 hitting consoles.
3) A real Phantasy Star game hitting consoles (made in the style of the old games).
4) Herzog Zwie 2 (the original is one of the best strategy games I've ever played and it certainly played better than any of the rts ports from computer).
5) An old school 2D Shinobi game.
Koei- Romance of the Three Kingdoms 12. Given how many Romance games hit the PS2, the series had to have been profitable.
Everyone - Quality original games and sequels which aren't merely cash-ins.
