I would say either The Legend of Dragoon or Star Ocean: Till the End of Time.

Yeah, I loved that game. Morte was a riot, but nothing beats Minsc and Boo. :P

For me personally it probably has to be Super Mario 64.

Super Mario Bros. 3 is still my favorite. I know that the choice is boring but that's just the way it is.Nifty_Shark

Half Life - it set the standard of what I expect from any First Person Shooter... very good game

GoldenEye for the N64 also had a profound effect on me aswell
