I liked Crackdown, and this is probably the meatiest download I've seen on Live yet, save for Shivering Isles.

I'll buy this.

So people might actually have a reason to put the Crackdown disc other than the Halo 3 Beta?  Wow, who knew?

Looks like a nice package of add-ons, though a lot of them seem best suited for co-op play.
