Name of an RPG I cant remember?

Its a Game Boy-Game boy Advance Era RPG, this is all I remember about it.

You were asked certain questions which detirmined a delima your character is put in and the way you solve the delima detirmines what kind of character you get as a main character.

One of the delima's was an old man on a mountain path who you had to push boulders for to clear a path, you could move enoug, some, or all of them.

The game feartured a bank system for money and items maybe.

You helped build a city of sorts later on?

The battle system allowed you to have 3 characters.

In battle you could only see the monsters and not your charcters, and it is turn based of course.
