You are in the minority here buddy. Most every person know I that has XBLA loves it, and think its worth every penny. Most of the people that don't like or say its a rip off have never tried it, I highly suspect.

You are in the minority here buddy. Most every person know I that has XBLA loves it, and think its worth every penny. Most of the people that don't like or say its a rip off have never tried it, I highly suspect.
It's an Ok service, but without dedicated game servers, it should be free... just like steam, just like battlenet, just like PSN. Instead I pay $50 a year to look at a non-stop barrage of advertising. Sorry, I was just thinking that I could have bought my wii with the cash I spent on XBL. :(

It's not the same service as PSN. I really don't understand why you're complaining. Msoft has absolutely no obligation of giving us this reward now, but they did it, at least appreciate that.

You most definitely should have spent that money on a Wii. :) I'd much rather hear you gush over the fact you like playing your Wii and it's games than complaining about a service we all know is $50 and doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon.
PC online for me. Although i suspect in the next few years Microsoft charging for online pc gaming to the extreme. I still feel they pushed xbox live with a fee to see how many people would actually do it. I got suckered in back in 2003 for xbox 1 and it lasted about 3 months, never again will i allow that to happen. I cannot understand how people would pay them to play games online. Its not even dedicated servers. I think that is why my 360 collects dust, just because they gave up with the single player game aspect and in no way shape i would pay 60 bucks plus tax for 5 hour games. I use to pay 74.99 for Super Nes but least those games were like Chrono Trigger
