It was Deux Ex invisible War, until near the end of the game I found out I had walk toggle on. The Darkness is pretty long, because I sat on the couch with Jenny and watched that entire black and white movie that was playing. Most Boring thing I ever did to myself.
The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl are the longest I know of. The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay is about 15-20 hours for a first time play through if I recall and STALKER is well over 20 depending on how many of the side quests you do.
I haven't played many long first person shooters, but it took me a while to trudge through the two campaigns in Far Cry Instincts: Predator.aaaaarrrrggggg
