Jet Force Gemini for $5

Found this at a used cd/dvd/game/etc store. They had two copies, one for $10 that had marker all over it and one for $5 that was in really good shape. Tough decision ;)

Anyway what a value for $5, never got around to playing this back in the day but man did Rare pump out some classics on the N64. I never got around to trying Blast Corps either, interested in how good that game is.

Its funny you mention JFG because i was playing it the other day because I was feeling a bit nostalgic and wanted to play my favourite childhood game 8 years later... but boy has times changed. The game looks like crap now and it kind of ruined my warn, fuzzy memories of my childhood. Anyways, i think its a good buy, but be warned that you wont be playing it for long till all the backtracking gets to tedious to handle.

Cool I'll keep my eyes open for Blast Corps. I am rebuilding my N64 collection and I think I'll start by getting all the Rare games..... well and Pilotwings 64, I've been itching to play that again.

A very similar situation happened with my uncle about 3 years ago. He found a brand-new sealed copy of Perfect Dark at Toys R Us for $5. Even better, he gave it to me as a gift. What an awesome day, and what an awesome game. :DUltimateXShadow

Yeah, I remember seeing tons of copies of Perfect Dark at my local Toys 'R Us a few years ago for the same price.

Jet Force Gemini is a great game. Rare was unbelievable back then. They made the wait between Nintendo exclusives possible. Best 1-2 punch ever.

That's cool. I actually just bought JFG today as well. I got it at a used game/movie/music store for $8 a few hours ago.

Jet Force Gemini and Blast Corps are both fun.

Blast Corps is cheap as well. I recommend it.
