How FarCry 4 will allow a friend to play the game for free

It's only exclusive for PlayStation 4. It will only allow you to play for 2 hours. The idea is neat and it is a cool twist for how demos will work in this generation. I want to know the limitation that will be tact on for the campaign stuff. I like to see on it will pan out over time.

O thats stupid....Why not just download the demo if you want to try the game? The feature of co-op campaign is very misleading and I'm kind of disappointed in Ubisoft to sell this idea to FC fans as if they can actually have a co-op campaign.

@behardy24: yea, I read on IGN that if you have Far Cry 4, and on the same console (ps3 or ps4) your friend doesn't have the game, you can generate a code for them to use and download the game for free (only for co-op campaign) and join and play with you.

Can't see the video right now. What does 2 hours mean? 2 hours in total or 2 hours every, like, week? Crap either way, but still.

Also, can I play for how long I want if my friend and I both own the game?

So every person who buys the game will have 10 downloadable keys that they can give to one of their friends. 1 key = 2 hours of game time.

Yes, if you and a friend both own the game, you can play for however long you want.

Yup. One person who buys the game gets 10 code keys they can give to their friend who can then play with you for 2 hours max. I don't think you can give all your 10 keys to one friend though.
