Help identifying a game (ps2)

I once played this game years ago for ps2 and I really wanna remember the name, I did only play it once so details are pretty bad - it's for ps2 - i think the graphics are cell shaded - it's a action game - it's set in the future - pretty sure there are three playable characters, two girls and 1 guy i remember one girl is blonde and wears a pink outfit that's all I remember atm D: any help would be appreciated!
