Far Cry: Primal. Thoughts?

Thoughts from someone who has played? Should I get it and is it any good? Comparable to other games? Is it like the 2013 Tomb Raider at all?

You should check out Garden Warfare 2, a better game that was released today.

@megamahay: I believe it will be identical to FarCry 4 which was identical to Far Cry 3, with the exact same mechanics and game play and progress decorated with few changes that do not hide the repetitive nature and a new story which will not make the player ambitious to see the next chapter. Good graphics, decent gameplay, fun 10-15 hours but is it worth the price? Ubisoft has proven for years that if a game design is praised at first after its initial release, they will not change or add anything about/to it in order to keep their profits risk free. Will I buy the game? During Steam sale, sure. Will it be very good? No. If Ubisoft makes another Far Cry based on liberating outposts, sneaking and takedowns, no pushing story, will people finally say "Enough"? I hope so.

I'm still early on the game but I like it alot

Thanks. I will definitely not buy it for now at least. It sounds like it'd be good, but I'll wait for the price to go down. I haven't played any of the others but if they're all basically the same maybe I'll buy a cheaper one :) or wait for a sale on Steam
