Does anyone still like xenogears and xenosaga?

I liked both games. Do you still like them?

I never got to play Xenogears, but I really liked Xenosaga. I just wish there was more gameplay involved. lol

I love the Xeno games. I still have my original copy of Xenogears and Xenosaga's 1-3. Can't wait for the new Xenoblade that's in the works!

Xenogears is one of my all time favorite games. Didn't like Xenosaga however.

The upcoming game Xenoblade looks interesting and will try to keep my eye on it.

Yeah, I havn't played Xenogears, but Xenosaga is a great series.

I like Xenosaga. Haven't played it in awhile though.

Can't wait for the new Xenoblade that's in the works!

Xenogears was GOOD but I did not think it was as great as everyone made it out to be
Xenosaga got better as it went along (1 was meh, 2 was good, 3 was great)

Xenogears was a favorite at the time. Would love a PSN release, of course that could kill my memories of it.

Xenosaga, I put in about 40 hrs and never finished, I grew really tired of all the cinema, not that Xenogears didn't have plenty of it's own but that was a different era. I actually like that cut scenes are being minimized or phased out altogether.

I haven't played Xenogears yet, but I've played a bit of Xenosaga and thought it was pretty good. Maybe a but too much video, but the story was good enough to watch.

HATE Xenosaga. I wanted, I really wanted to love it, but it's a beyond-epic fail.

My dad says they are the best JRPG's out there. I can't agree entirely but I think they are incredible games and an incredible piece of story telling. It may be the best RPG in America that no one has heard of.

I originally played xenosaga but never finished it... I just havent been able to bring myself to finish it and the anime style and voice actors kinda bother me.. I mean I like some anime like Trigun, Cowboy bebop, hell i'd watch Full Metal if I could start from the beginning.... But damn this is like jpop anime that I hate...

Xenogears however, I'm playing right now (almost finished) and wow.. What a classic. I cant believe I missed it.

xenogears is one of my favorite rpg's of all time.

Honestly, I don't think I could stomach Xenogears anymore, despite having played through the whole game the first time. The slow pacing combined with the high random encounters is a brutal combo.

I don't care for Xenosaga, either. It's a pretentious game, and combat was really slow. If it had random encounters, it would have been unbearable.

I managed to grab a copy of Xenogears recently and playing through it for the very first time. It definitely seems to have a lot of cliche's running about but at the same time, the story just seems to draw you in. I can't comment about the graphics but a lot of what I saw from the ingame cut-scenes seem far beyond what I would've expected from a RPG at the time. I'm still quite early in the game but I'm looking forward to the rest.

Xenosaga, I've had for a while. I have not managed to finish it, the story seems interesting and I would love to be able to get through it, but the regular encounters in the game seem to take so much out of my party that reaching the next boss feels like such a chore. I haven't done any grinding in the game at all though, so that could possibly be one reason. It's also getting a lot harder to find PS2 games now as well, if I finish the first Xenosaga, I'm going to have a hard time finding the second two...so I guess Xenosaga is just going to end up remaining unplayed until they become avaliable again.

I should give Xenogears a shot, I've heard many good thoughts on this game.

I love both of them.
