Best Split Screen Game Ever....

I'm not talking about on-line games... oh no... I'm talking about the old fashioned split screen. Where you and 3 of your closest friends would gather to beat the living pulp out of each other. Since this feature is a dying breed, I was hoping to reminisce a little bit and see what people thought was the best split screen game ever.

In my personal opinion I would have to vote for Goldeneye.... because the memories of endless proximity mines covering the walls, the agonizing screams of my friends and me as we would transcend staircases only to be blown to bloody bits, and the laughter and yelling all remain to this day the best memories I have of gaming.

Or Rampage for the N64. I don't even think that game ended... we all just eventually passed out from all the destruction.

Halo even, was a complete blast in every way.

Bomberman....... Perfect Dark....... Nightfire......... Call of Duty 4...... Forget it.... I can't pick my favorite anymore

Even though I was referring more towards split screen multiplayer games rather than split screen coop.....

On second thought nah, that counts.

It may sound strange to some people but I would have to say my favorite splitscreener would be Gauntlet Legends for the N64.

Gauntlet Seven Sorrows was nothing compared to Legends.

I also liked The original Doom and Doom 2,also Halo's 1,2,&3; along with Star Wars Rebel Strike for Gamecube.:)
