Errm... you can't have both - it doesn't work like that.

Either you want something decent but cheap or something excellent and expensive. The best headphones will cost you a fair bit of money.

Errm... you can't have both - it doesn't work like that.

Either you want something decent but cheap or something excellent and expensive. The best headphones will cost you a fair bt of money. 

are you talking about headphones for 50 bucks and under if so Sennheiser Cx-300-Bs are awesome if you want in ear, and Sennheiser PX-100s are the best non in ear headphones you'll find in their price range

My advice in terms of volume (if you want to be able to play it loud) is compare the impedence limits. The lower the impedence the louder they will sound.
