I have a quick question about the collector's edition

about the exclusive DLC characters (Shuma Gorath and Jill Valentine ) it is written that it will be available 4 weeks post-launch. My question is, will the DLC be available 4 weeks post-launch for the collector's edition or for the public ?

I believe both. If you got the CE then you can just download the characters but if you didn't you obviously have to pay.

Both. You can get it for free through the collector's edition or you have to pay $10 for both characters once they are released. By the way, they should be made available to the public on the 15th of March.
