For me....100 hours seems to be the mark of whether or not I was really into a game.  Not to say that i didnt like any game that I didnt put 100 hours into.....but none can argue that if you play a game for at least 100 hours you were pretty into it.  So I thought I would give a list of game that  got at least 100 hours of my time and ask you guys what game you all gave 100 hours of your time to.  (multiplayer counts).

Gears of War 1 and 2.....3 is close but not quite probably.

Dark Souls

Final Fantasy XIII

MSG2

Pokemon Red

Ocarina of Time (because of like 8 or 9 playthroughs lol)

I might be able to think of some and and i will add them if i think of them.....till then....what about you guys

It's a lot

Super Smash Bros Melee- 1000+ hours total, about 400 something in Brawl
Forza Motorsport 4- 623h total, about 100 less in FM3
Pokemon Platinum- 423h, 32 mins
Dark Souls- 417 hours total
Team Fortress 2- ~380-400 hours
Borderlands 2- 384 hours, 250 in BL1
Halo: Reach- ~350 hours
Skyrim- 300 hours
Pokemon Black-238h, 49 mins
Oblivion- ~200 hours
Burnout Paradise ~180 hours
Red Dead Redemption ~176 hours
Left 4 Dead 2- ~150 hours
Dirt 3 ~150 hours

Those are the ones I can remember, but of course, there's always those titles I played years ago. I've done repeated playthroughs of stuff like Metroid Prime/Wind Waker/Okami/Mass Effect/MGS3/San Andreas/Donkey Kong Country... probably too many to count.

I can't remember them all, but here are some of the games that I know stole more than a hundred hours of my time...

- Call Of Duty + United Offensive (regular multiplayer for 3+ years)
- every game in the Elder Scrolls series  (notably Oblivion: 1000+, Skyrim : 1000+)
- every game in the Fallout series (Fallout 3 probably the most)
- Neverwinter Nights + expansions (single player + multiplayer)
- Call of Duty 2 (multiplayer)
- Unreal Tournament (multiplayer and offline bot matches)
- Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory (multiplayer)
- Just Cause 2
- Borderlands GOTY (single player and co-op)
- Dead Island (single player and co-op)
- Dungeon Siege + Legends Of Aranna  (single player and co-op)
- Sacred 2  (single player and co-op)
- Cossacks: European Wars + expansions
- Age of Empires 2 Gold
- Rise Of Nations Gold
- Saints Row: The Third (97 hours so far, but I think it qualifies)

No doubt I spent a lot of time on other games back in the day as well...

There are games that I could easily put over 100 hours into... But I have a big backlog filled with long games, so the longest I've ever played an SP game (aside FRom dragon Quest IX) is around 78 hours. I'm sure a few years from now that will change... ike I said, it's not that I don't want to put that much time into a game, it's that I have too many other games to play to linger that long.

I've put over 200 hours into Dark Souls and over 300 (I think; could be more) into Okami across multiple play-throughs.

I have no clue if I've ever accrued more than 100 hours with multiple play-throughs of a game, but I know I've never hit 100 hours with one play-through. I think the closest I came was 93 hours in Persona 3: FES.

How?! Do you watch all the cut scenes?? I'm on my second playthrough and it's clocked in at around 20 horus so far... I'm at the second to last dungeon.turtlethetaffer

Yep. I don't skip many of them. Maybe a handful at most. Also try to complete almost all the side content each time.

About ten times at least. Easy to rack up hours when each playthrough is around 30-40 hours.

On a single file it would probably be Disgaea 1&2(105 hours each), Disgaea 3(235 hours), and Disgaea 4(135).

However counting multiple playthroughs(cause most games you can do everything in less than a 100) I'd say Fallout 3 & New Vegas, Dragon Age:Origins & DA2, Okami, Skies of Arcadia Legends(favorite game ever), and a bunch of others.:P

The way I did that was pressing the Wii home menu after every flash and drawing the point on a rectangle I drew on a sheet of paper... Don't know how I would have done it otherwise.

Demon's Souls and Dark Souls I have played a total of around 600 hours. Fallout 3 i put over 100 hours in. The Souls games are extremely replayable as they get harder each time you beat them up until 7 playthroughs. Not to mention all the hidden secrets and loot there is to discover, if you don't cheat and use the internet that is.

I don't think I necessarily have to put 100+ hours into a game for it to be one of my favorites as that's just hard to do with some games, but now that I think about, many of my favorite games (at least at the time I played them in some cases) are among my favorites. Of course that does make sense... I'm not going to put 100+ hours into a game I don't like that much... Off the top of my head here are the games I've put 100+ hours into. -Various Pokemon games -Fallout 3 -Fallout: New Vegas -Skyrim -GTA: San Andreas -GTA: IV (including the episodes) -Call of Duty: World at War -Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 -Battlefield: Bad Company 2
