I don't own Resident Evil4 but I would probaly think the part with that big whale type monster thing happens I don't own the game remember so I don't know what it is but for me if I was playing the game that would be pretty scary.

guess what? i created this exact same thread before, and what you find was most scary was the exact thing what i put.
But now I changed my mind. The most scary thing to me now is when you blow off the regenerator's legs and it keeps on jumping at you.. ugh..

LOL when i saw that thing i was like WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! and stated shoting they hell out of it (i espeacially hate when the music starts on those regenerators) man i loved that game :D
I think the Regenerators are scary too. I like when you shoot off thier leg, and if you try to run pass them, they jump up on you and take a huge bite out of your neck. :shock:
I guess those regenerators are a bit scary, but i get freaked out when those hooded zombies start laghing when they`re trying to sneak behind me. But those regenerators.....*chill*
o geez,well thsi brings back memories, the bugs in the sewers werent all that scary, the firset one i saw the action command came up to kick so i kicked it =D,the most scariest was either the aprt where ur playing as ashley and the fricken knights r chaseing after u with that supid metal sound or the first regenerator...
I didn't really find the game scary, but anything that popped out of no where always made me jump.Mr_J_O_E
i found it a little scary. i get pretty tense around parts where the ganados are pretty much coming from every direction and i don't know if one is behind me. i hate those castle dudes who are chanting and crap, makes me get nervous and scared. Also that time i had to fight the Bella Sisters with both coming from different directions was really nerve-racking.
I would have to agree with pretty much everyone with the Regenoratores. Thouse things scared me away from the game till 6 months later no joke either. Everything about them is my worst nightmare in any game what so ever.
The only part of the game I found disturbing was, when you are walking through the tunnels and you have to get on a lift and a creature falls from the ceiling and the only way to kill it is to freeze it and then keep on shooting.
I thought when you just get in the sewers you hear this freaky thing walking by you. Oh, and the first time you see a regenerator EVER in your life. OMG those things are freaky. The maze full of dogs was also pretty creepy.
well i didnt find the game scary, i think it was tense. the most intense moment in the game was the 1st part where ur up against countless gandos and the chainsaw freak, that was the longest 5 minutes or however long they were chasing me for.

You know what, i don't think the Dr.Salvador is in the first part of the PAL version even on the hardest difficulty...
I dunno what you guys are talking about, the scariest part was either the end of the village where is all dark and rainy and people come out of nowhere and can only been seen when lightning flashes, or the chainsaw sisters towards the end of the village...

yeah he is... you have to enter the shotgun house, he will automatically come.
I only played RE4 at my friends house. I can't get it my mother won't let me (-_-). But for the scariest part is the oven man and bag man. And i really have high fear level of the chainsaw dude he comes out of random places and try's to kill you *shiver*.
omg those regenerators scare the **** outa me when you can hear them breathing *chills* im like forget that im not going over there. another is those dogs in the garden maze *more chills* now im afraid of goin to corn mazes lol
