From what I know it's already available. In fact you can purchase it from Square Enix/Sony for about $21.00. It has a few extra's for hardcore Final Fantasy VII. But what's cool about it is the inclusion of Last Order, Final Fantasy VII but it has subtitles.
I haven't even bought the regular one. I saw it in japanese with subs before it was released here, and haven't seen it since. Maybe I'll pick this one up.
I had know idea that the SE of Advent Children had already been released.But I beleive that the SE cost about $50 USD.It comes with alot of extras for FF fans.

I really would like to see those extras, because my copy only has the cinematic trailers. I have a feeling this is all worth it! :)
