What's going on with the video uploading software?

I uploaded a gameplay video 95 minutes ago.

The compression codec was correct, the upload functioned perfectly; however, it's been > 95 minutes, and I still haven't obtained either a linked video nor a PM stating such.

Edit: it's now 11 hours, and the server still hasn't linked the video to its text in my Profile.

As far as we can tell, no videos have uploaded successfully since mid August, as mentioned several times in the recent problems sticky.

Should I just go ahead and delete it, or will the server "catch up" once the programmers have patched the coding?
