Whenever i try to watch videos on gamespot the sound never works, but on youtube, itunes and other sites that involvsound i can hear it. Whats wrong?

It's most likely your Windows Media Player plug-in. Have you tried using another web browser to see if the problem occurs there too?

As suggested in the Stickied thread: Solution to video streaming V3. Try downloading the K-Lite codec pack from here.
