I think it would be a good idea if you clicked on the unread posts number, it would take you to the page/post where the first unread post is.

For example, if I clicked on the (99) on the WAYLT thread, it would take me to page 29, where the unread posts begin. Currently, all the (99) link does is take me to the first page.

So when you click on the (#) it takes you to a page other than the first?

I just tried on FF and IE and it took me to the first page on both.

Yeah, it takes me to the last read post, no matter the page.

Try logging out, clearing your browser cache, then logging back in.

My unread posts don't work at all. The post has the read dot and no clickable number but when I open it, there have been recent posts that I haven't read

Go into your options in the upper right hand corner underneath your user name there and click on the "Forums" tab. Next to where it says "Message Sort Order:" click on the drop down menu and change it to "Oldest First (Current)" and this should solve your problem... hopefully. :)

Edit: Don't forget to click "Apply Changes" before closing out the options window and do at least an F5 refresh before trying to click on the (Unread Posts).

Worked for me also. Thanks for the suggestion (although we can already do it), because I didn't even know we could until you pointed it out.

I can't believe I didn't know this either.

Anyway, I should mention that it's working for me on Safari.

I'm surprised you didn't know that since you're one of the users I have learned a lot from on here over the years. I'm glad I could finally return the favor for once. :) It's also nice seeing you around again more, even though I know it's just because you are on break. :) Good luck with your schooling!

Yeah, it didn't work for me a lot of the time when I used Internet Explorer and had the WYSIWYG Editor on. It's actually one of the main reasons I turned it off after they updated it a few years ago. I think it works better on FireFox from what I have heard but I don't use it so I can't confirm that either way.

It works fine for me too and I don't think there's ever been a problem with it.
