I didn't do anything I can think of that would get me that, the reason was "SPAM or Advertising" no ****ing way I done that.
Then I check my Moderation History:

If you want to question a moderation, go to the 'Ask the Mods' board. A word of warning, calm down a bit before you go in there because they wouldn't appreciate any attitude you may be given.

Note: Moderation history sometimes takes a few hours to update. If this is a recent moderation, wait a while and then check your history and it should be there.
