I'm British. For me, telling someone off involves calling them a bloody twit [clean version], which is considered flaming on this forum.

American 13-14 year old lads however have cleverly found a loophole. They post "ownage" instead of calling somebody stupid, thus circumnavigating the wrath of the mods.

To be honest I am not offended. I just think that it's really stupid and could well be moderated. Here is a reminder of how immature it is.
