HELP! I emailed you twice over a week and a half ago and have had no response. Your website is not sending password reset emails correctly and I cannot login. I am logged in at work but can't log in anywhere else and none of the passwords I would have used work. I have tried to reset it multiple times on multiple days and it is not working. Where is your customer service?

Still nothing. Still can't reset password or login from any other computer other than the one I have a cookie saved on. And it's been three weeks now without a response from Gamespot customer service. Do you even exist? Are you reading this? Do you care? Because your lack of action and attention say no.

Sorry! We are working on this, its a broader problem that should be fixed within a day or two. Support really doesn't have an answer and that's my fault. I've been waiting on other things that are out of my control to get this fixed. If you've contacted support we do have your account details and they will get fixed.
