How do I change a video file so that I can upload it to GameSpot?

I have a video that I want to upload to Gamespot but it is not the right type it ends with ".MSWMM" which is not one of the uploadable video types.

Is there any way I can change it?

the file you are talking about is not a video file, it's a movie maker project file. open that file using windows movie maker and select file ->save movie file as and use the option that save the file in your computer. it will save as wmv that is a valid format for GS video uploader.
