cant watch any videos

help i cant watch any video.

when i click on a link to a video,the page comes up but all i get where the video should be is loading and thats it

also just under where the video should play on the right hand side it says download, when i click on that i get nothing.

Try updating your Flash player first (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/) and see if that helps.

If not, try another browser, popular ones include:

Google Chrome (www.google.com/chrome/)

Opera (www.opera.com)

Or try Internet Explorer if you're already using one of those.

Apart from that, security settings may be restricting content you can view.

What browser and version of the browser are you using? What plugins do you have installed?
