I saw another thread on this from a while back, but I figure I might as well start a new thread fresh instead of bumping that one. I've been trying to upload a video for the past 24 hours or so, and every time I do it tells me this:

"Waiting for file upload to begin..."

...and then after an inordinately long waiting period, it tells me this:

Software error:

can't open numfile: Permission denied at /nfs/htdocs/gamespot_5/cgi/progress_bar.cgi line 131.

Am I the only one seeing this? I've tried with both IE and Firefox, and with different videos and sets of video information just to make sure that nothing I'm entering there is anomalous, but I keep getting this every time.

I can't download a patch

I've had this problem for a good 3/4days now :S

Its only frustrating as I made a video and really want to upload it :)

Had that exact problem last night, and again today. Then, when I try to send a email to the address it tell you to, it gets kicked back.

Same problem last night, same problem just a few minutes ago.

I wish an admin or something would aknowledge this post or something, just so we know the problem has been noticed :)

Someone posted a thread like this, not knowing this existed. An admin then locked his thread and directed him to this one, so rest assured the admins already saw this thread and know about this problem. ;)

EDIT: Video uploads are back! Thank you admins for fixing it! :D
